We don't ship a physical product — what we deliver is a dispatched ambulance, crew, and equipment to your location. This policy explains how that dispatch works, so there's no ambiguity about what to expect after a booking or emergency call.
For emergency calls, the nearest available ambulance matched to your need is dispatched immediately after the call. Response time depends on your location, traffic, and vehicle availability — see our guide on response times for a realistic picture rather than a fixed promise.
For scheduled, non-emergency bookings — patient transport, outstation trips, event or standby arrangements — the vehicle and crew are confirmed and arrive at the agreed time and location. We contact you ahead of the scheduled time to confirm details.
Our core coverage is Hyderabad and Secunderabad and their surrounding localities — see our coverage areas for the full list. We also arrange outstation ambulance transport to other cities across India on request.
In rare cases — extreme weather, road closures, or no vehicle available at that moment — we will tell you immediately and help coordinate an alternative rather than leaving you without information.
